Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to manage our inventory and ensure timely and accurate supply of parts to meet customer and service demands. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-established machinery business based in Limerick, Ireland, near the Cork border.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure efficient stock management and order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
* Maintain accuracy in supply times, parts issuance, and invoicing procedures.
* Maintain a professional appearance of the warehouse or store to reflect positively on the organization.
* Handle phone and email inquiries and follow through to complete sales and transactions.
* Complete and file all administrative paperwork clearly and in-line with inventory control procedures.
* Receive and book in parts as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an inventory control or stores operator role.
* A background in farming, agricultural, or garden machinery is desirable but not necessary.
* A high standard of work with strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
* The ability to understand product knowledge and provide advice to customers.
* Proficiency in IT systems and applications.
