Construction Contracts Manager Location: Dublin (multiple residential sites) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple residential construction projects across Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in residential construction. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously Lead and support site management teams, ensuring programme, quality, and safety targets are met Manage contracts, procurement, and subcontractor performance Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, building regulations, and company policies Liaise with clients, consultants and local authorities Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively Drive programme delivery and contribute to strategic planning and reporting Requirements Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline Minimum 58 years experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role within residential construction Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, construction contracts, and H&S legislation Proven experience managing multiple live projects concurrently Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Commercially astute with strong problem-solving abilities Full, clean driving licence What We Offer Competitive salary package, commensurate with experience Company vehicle or travel allowance Pension and benefits package Opportunity to work on high-quality residential developments across Dublin Long-term career progression within a growing and reputable construction company Skills: Residential
