We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Teacher to join our dynamic team at An Chúirt Hotel. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swimming instruction to children, teens, and adults of all skill levels. You will help our clients develop their swimming techniques, build water confidence, and ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons to individuals and groups.
* Tailor lessons to meet the needs of swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
* Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians about progress and lesson details.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool area and equipment.
* Assist in the promotion of swim programs and activities within the community.
Skills Needed
Swim instructor certification or relevant experience.

Desired Criteria
* Swim instructor certification or relevant experience.
Required Criteria
* Right to work in Ireland.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
