What we’re looking for:
* Experience preparing and cooking food to a high standard, following all food safety regulations
* A commitment to quality and consistency in every dish
* Up-to-date HACCP and Manual Handling certificates (training can be provided if needed)
* A valid work permit allowing full-time work in Ireland without restrictions
* A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
* A genuine passion for cooking and high-quality food
* The ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
* References from previous chef positions
