Corporate Lawyer (Senior Associate) Job Opportunity
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join our specialist corporate team, working with a wide range of impressive clients from start-ups to multinationals.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be a key part of a hard-working, friendly and supportive team and have the opportunity to focus on M&A work, investment, corporate governance with a particular expertise in intellectual property and tech law, particularly in the vibrant start-up community in Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead transactions with partner support, including M&A process, venture capital and/or private equity investment process, general corporate advisory work such as share issues, share buy-backs and internal re-organisations.
* Produce shareholder agreements and bespoke articles of association, conduct legal due diligence, collate reports and advise on solutions, handle disclosure process and review disclosure letters or schedules.
* Draft typical ancillary documents on an acquisition or disposal and handle calls with clients without supervision.
* Have a strong understanding of IP, preferably with experience in handling IP matters.
Requirements:
* Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of PQE (Pupillage to Qualified Experience).
* Extensive prior experience in respect of majority of listed responsibilities.
