The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of industry experience and showcase a robust portfolio highlighting their proficiency in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. As a key player in the ClubSpot team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our platform, ensuring it aligns with the needs of both clubs and their members.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces to effectively communicate design concepts.Work closely with product managers and developers to implement designs and ensure a seamless user experience.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for continuous product improvement.Manage design systems and style elements, overseeing comprehensive documentation for streamlined accessibility and consistency.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall user experience.Requirements:2+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer.Proven experience in both UX and UI design for mobile and web products.Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and intuitive user interfaces.Expert knowledge in the use of Figma as a design tool.Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering outstanding user experiences.Hands-on experience leading qualitative and quantitative UX research in a product design environment.Proven experience in design thinking and a good understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Desirable Skills, Experience and Competencies:Keen interest in, or knowledge of, the running and management of amateur sports clubs.Proficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteHTML/CSS Development SkillsParticipation in external UX groups or communitiesMasters DegreeWhat We Offer:A creative and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary and benefits package.22 Days Annual Leave Per Year.Hybrid/Remote Work Options.To apply please submit your resume, cover letter, and a portfolio of your work to, or follow the link below.
