What You Will Be Doing
* Crafting and evolving a cutting-edge AI-integrated financial ecosystem supporting rapidly scaling educational ventures
* Authoring strategic Design Decisions that revolutionize and streamline critical financial processes
* Providing expert written feedback on Deep Dives and Improvement Plans to enhance logical frameworks and train both AI systems and human colleagues
* Engaging in strategic discussions focused on budgeting, market expansion, vendor partnerships, and regulatory adherence
* Orchestrating seamless large-scale financial operations across tuition management, audit processes, and tax compliance

Division CFO Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a streamlined, AI-powered financial infrastructure that fuels multiple education businesses through their hypergrowth phases, eliminating inefficiency while maximizing scalability and impact.
Basic Requirements
* Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
* Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership positions (Finance Manager, Controller, CFO, or comparable roles) with demonstrable advancement
* Proven track record in executive finance leadership (SVP, CFO, or equivalent) with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions
* Expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting
* Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), preferably in multi-entity organizational structures
* Successfully managed or participated in at least 5 external audits with Big 4 accounting firms, from either perspective
* Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of effective executive-level engagement
* Based within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones
Nice-to-have Requirements
* Knowledge of U.S. K-12 education frameworks (private schools, charter systems, ESA programs)
* Track record of developing finance automation solutions or AI-enhanced workflows
* Background in financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
