About the RoleWe are a Houston-based creative production company seeking a Technical Project Manager (Contract, Part-Time) to support our day-to-day production and operations workflows. While our leadership team is based in Houston, Texas, this role is primarily targeted to candidates based in Ireland, with regular collaboration across time zones.We are looking for someone with agency experience and advanced, hands-on expertise in Teamwork. You will be responsible for keeping projects organised, timelines on track, and production teams aligned across multiple workflows and platforms.This is a contract role paid at $20/hour.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and track all active creative and production projects within Teamwork.Maintain and enforce project structures, task hierarchies, dependencies, and timelines.Update task descriptions, assign owners, and ensure deadlines are met consistently.Maintain Kanban boards and ensure accurate, real-time task tracking.Archive, organise, and recall assets on shared project servers.Manage software subscriptions, permissions, and light technical troubleshooting.Support publishing workflows for YouTube, RSS platforms, WordPress, and websites.Assist with DaVinci Resolve–based post-production workflows (handoffs, exports, versioning).Prepare weekly project status reports and maintain operational dashboards.Monitor contractor output and provide structured feedback using established scorecards.Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement practical improvements within Teamwork.Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)2+ years of daily, hands-on experience using Teamwork as a primary project management tool(advanced usage required: dependencies, workflows, dashboards, reporting).Agency experience, managing multiple concurrent projects or clients.2+ years of experience working with WordPress publishing environments.2+ years of experience supporting professional video workflows (DaVinci Resolve).Experience managing servers, file permissions, and shared production environments.Working knowledge of Agile and/or Kanban methodologies.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Clear written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.What We're Looking ForA dependable, systems-oriented project manager who thrives in execution-focused roles.Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced agency or production environment.Able to work independently and manage priorities without close supervision.Comfortable collaborating across time zones, with availability aligned with partial overlap with U.S. hours.A practical problem-solver who improves workflows through consistency and follow-through.Location & AvailabilityCompany location: Houston, Texas (U.S.)Must be comfortable collaborating with a U.S.-based leadership team.Job Type: Part-timePay: From €17.25 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 30 per weekBenefits:FlexitimeWork from homeApplication question(s):Describe how you have used Teamwork in a previous agency or production environment.What is the rate for this position?Work Location: Remote
