Key Responsibilities Lead and manage engagements with clients, delivering high‑quality consulting services.
Identify opportunities to better serve clients across EY's range of services.
Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships; network with EY practice teams.
Lead business‑development efforts and drive innovation in processes and systems.
Lead and motivate diverse teams, adapting leadership style to team and client needs.

Qualifications & Skills10+ years' experience in regulatory reporting within financial services or related consulting roles.
Proven leadership in managing and developing teams.
Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Expertise in finance regulatory reporting, finance processes, technologies, and operating models.
Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred.
Excellent communication, budget, timeline, and stakeholder management.
Capability to deliver change with multidisciplinary stakeholders across jurisdictions.
