We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our Irish team. Acting as both a brand ambassador and trusted partner to our clients, you’ll play a key role in expanding our market presence while ensuring exceptional customer experiences from first contact through to post-installation support.
What you’ll be doing
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities across Ireland
* Preparing annual budgets and contributing to sales forecasts
* Analysing the local market and shaping tailored sales strategies
* Monitoring revenue targets, discount margins, and profitability
* Presenting tailored product solutions to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships
* Maintaining strong connections with existing and potential customers, including hosting training and engagement sessions
* Coordinating with engineers and subcontractors on client installations
What we’re looking for
* Proven background in technical sales - preferably within EMS, HVAC or IoT
* Strong knowledge of the market and competitor landscape
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
