Skilled Butcher – Wexford

Salary: €32k – €33k
Responsibilities of this Butcher:
1. Prepare and cut meats to high standards, ensuring quality and presentation
2. Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to assist customers
3. Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with HACCP requirements
4. Assist with stock control, including orders and inventory management
Requirements of this Butcher:
5. Minimum of two years' experience as a butcher, ideally in a busy retail environment
6. Strong knowledge of meat preparation, cuts, and quality standards
7. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to food safety
8. Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
