Hawksmoor Dublin opened to rave reviews in 2023 and we are now excited to commence the search for a Head Chef to lead our brilliant kitchen team.
You’ll be running the show behind the pass: leading large services, developing your team, and making sure we deliver exceptional food quality and consistency, every time. This isn’t just about great cooking it’s about being a true leader and role model who brings energy, clarity, and calm to the kitchen.

What You’ll Be Doing
·Leading the kitchen team through high-volume, high-quality services
·Inspiring, training, and developing chefs at all levels
·Ensuring Hawksmoor food standards are met, from recipe execution to plating
·Owning recruitment, training, retention and performance management in your kitchen
·Managing stock, GPs, kitchen labour and rota planning effectively
·Championing food safety, sustainability, and inclusivity every day
About You
·A proven Head Chef confident leading large, fast-paced services
·Experienced in high end cooking at scale
·Passionate about people, produce and making a positive impact
·Skilled at coaching, developing and motivating others
·Financially strong, with strong control of kitchen costs and labour
·Calm under pressure and proud to set the tone for the whole kitchen
