Inizio Engage is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical client to recruit a Key Account Manager with expertise in haem-oncology, covering the Republic of Ireland (South of Dublin). Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive usage of promoted products to achieve and exceed sales, market share, and profitability targets across the territory.
2. Develop and execute robust account plans tailored to each customer and aligned with business objectives.
3. Establish strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a valued partner to support patient outcomes.
4. Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to implement account strategies and overcome access barriers.
5. Maintain deep knowledge of the local NHS environment, hospital procurement processes, and regional dynamics affecting haem-oncology.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven senior Key Account Management experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with exposure to haematology or oncology.
2. Strong track record of delivering sales success and driving business growth through account-based strategies.
3. Deep understanding of NHS structure, hospital procurement, and access pathways.
4. Ability to build relationships quickly with both new and existing customers and leverage these to drive outcomes.
5. Self-motivated, results-focused mindset, capable of working autonomously and making an immediate impact.
6. Genuine passion for oncology and a desire to improve patient lives.
