Sales Professional Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding sales in the food industry, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
The role involves approximately 60% of time spent visiting clients across County Kerry, with the remainder office-based for reporting, planning, and coordination.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and grow sales within the food service, retail, and wholesale sectors.
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, ensuring repeat business.
* Visit customers regularly, present solutions, and negotiate terms.
* Work with operations to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
* Report on sales activity and pipeline.
Requirements
* At least 2 years B2B sales experience (food/FMCG preferred).
* Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and flexible.
* Clean driving licence, willingness to travel.
