Our core service offerings include strategic workforce planning, organisational design, change management, leadership development, cultural assessment, and talent management.The OpportunityAs a Senior Consultant in our HR Technology and Transformation (HRT&T) service, you will play a key role in delivering high quality solutions in client engagements. You will play a critical role in expanding our service offerings, particularly in the integration of AI solutions to enhance HR functions and improve employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Deliver client engagements focused on HR technology and transformation, focusing on business-oriented solutions that leverage AI and data analytics.Project Management: Support the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring effective stakeholder management, engagement, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.Data Analysis: Utilise AI and machine learning techniques to analyse workforce data, deriving insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.Solution Design: Design and implement technology solutions that enhance HR service delivery, improve employee experience, and leverage AI capabilities for predictive analytics and automation.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and share knowledge and expertise, particularly in the application of AI in HR contexts.Who Are We Looking For?We seek experienced candidates with a strong background in HR technology and transformation, particularly those with knowledge of AI applications in HR. You should have:Experience: Proven experience in large-scale HR transformation programmes and technology implementation.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and statistical modelling, as well as familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships.Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field and relevant professional experience, particularly in consulting roles.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR technology solutions and an understanding of HR strategy and governance, with a focus on AI-driven innovations.
