Senior Mortgage AdvisorHybrid - DublinMarket-Leading Commission & PackageLeading Irish Mortgage LenderThe CompanyWe are partnered with a high-growth, well-capitalised Irish mortgage lender with a strong national footprint and an expanding Dublin operation.The RoleAs a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you will act as a trusted lending specialist, working with both direct applicants and introducer channels to structure, package, and progress mortgage applications through credit approval and drawdown.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a pipeline of high-value and complex mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to loan drawdownConduct detailed fact finds and affordability assessments to determine credit suitability and product fitStructure cases in line with lender credit policy, risk appetite, and funding criteriaPackage and submit applications to credit and underwriting teams, addressing queries and mitigating risksRequirementsStrong, demonstrable experience in mortgage advisory, credit, or lending-side mortgage processingIn-depth knowledge of Irish mortgage products, underwriting criteria, and lender policiesStrong commercial judgement, attention to detail, and case ownershipAbility to manage high volumes without sacrificing quality or complianceQualificationsAPA or QFA (Loans) essentialMinimum 3–5+ years experience in a mortgage advisory, lender, or brokerage environment
