We are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking IT Support/Facilities Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all IT and facilities needs, ensuring seamless operations for internal and external stakeholders.
About the Role:
1. This is a dynamic position that requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask.
2. You will handle technical issues promptly and efficiently, manage IT infrastructure, support ticket system, facilitate new hire onboarding, provide IT training, coordinate facilities maintenance, and oversee inventory management and office logistics.
3. Drive continuous improvement in IT and facilities operations by maintaining documentation and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
4. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, with facilities management experience being an added advantage.
5. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
6. Able to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Familiarity with Office 365 and Microsoft Azure services is required.
8. A full driver's license is necessary for this position.
