About The Role
Join us as a Sales Executive to spearhead revenue growth across North America for a leading design and build company. Focus on managing qualified opportunities, leading consultative sales processes, and delivering high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full sales cycle, focusing on closing qualified opportunities.
Serve as the primary client contact during pre-sales and early project stages.
Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and project scope.
Develop and present detailed proposals, collaborating with internal teams.
Coordinate resources to deliver cohesive, high-quality client solutions.
Drive opportunities through the pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and discussions.
Support ongoing account relationships post-sale for a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
7 years of experience in closing roles within consultative, project-based sales.
Proven track record managing long, complex sales cycles.
Experience in industries such as construction, design/build, or experiential.
Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex deals.
Experience developing proposals and solution-based presentations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
Work Environment
Initially based onsite in Columbus, Ohio, with travel across the U.S.
Increased flexibility as you ramp into the role.
