Hotel Access and Security Specialist
The Hotel Access and Security Specialist will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, ensuring compliance with age restrictions by checking IDs, handling guest inquiries and providing assistance where needed, and conducting regular security checks and patrols inside the hotel and bar areas.
* Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with guests to ensure a smooth experience.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Door Supervisor or equivalent in a similar setting is preferred.
* A valid license for this role (PSA) is mandatory.
