Description:
The company is seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join their team on a Data Centre project in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have experience working with mechanical sub-contractors and be responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with and manage sub-contractor workflow ensuring consistency with safety protocols and schedules.
* Develop and revise construction progress trackers and provide weekly updates.
* Conduct site inspections to confirm installations align with approved drawings.
* Examine and approve Supplier Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
* Participate in Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) meetings.
* Utilize relevant software including Compass/ACC or other similar tools.
* Acquire snag lists from vendors and ensure timely resolution.
* Conduct tests during and outside regular working hours when required.
* Maintain high standards of work on assigned projects.
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or relevant Mechanical trade Qualification.
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
* High level of Plumbing/HVAC knowledge.
* Experience working on Data Centre or large-scale industrial projects essential.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite.
