Key responsibilities include ensuring the satisfaction of guests with regard to food & beverage service within applicable departments.

Main Duties:

1. Ensure compliance with licensing laws at all times.

2. Supervise, train, and develop food & beverage colleagues.
\
3. Assist Departmental Manager with weekly/montly stock takes.
\
4. Liaise with stores to ensure timely supply of food and beverage stocks.
\
5. Maintain close communication with management team to ensure smooth operation of departments.
\
6. Coach team to maximize sales opportunities.
\
7. Upsell products and services within the hotel.
\
8. Implement, review, and amend stock control procedures.
\
9. Complete HACCP documentation as required.
\
10. Enforce company policies and procedures.
\
11. Adhere to hygiene regulations and procedures.
\
12. Liaise with suppliers to ensure consistent delivery of quality goods.
\
13. Develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and efficiency.
\
14. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience.
\
15. Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
\
16. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
\
17. Manage conflicts and issues in a professional manner.
