We are seeking a motivated Civil Design Engineer to join our award-winning consultancy, working on a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects across residential and commercial developments.

About the Role
You will be involved in the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects from concept through to construction. Working closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to high-quality, sustainable outcomes for a range of clients.
Key Responsibilities

Design and documentation of civil infrastructure works including roads, drainage, earthworks, and utilities
*
Preparation of technical reports, calculations, and design drawings
*
Coordination with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
*
Supporting project delivery to agreed timeframes and budgets
*
Ensuring designs comply with relevant standards, codes, and regulations
*
Providing technical input during construction phases as required
About You
*
Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering
*
3–5 years’ experience in civil design, ideally within a consultancy environment
*
Experience working on residential and/or commercial developments
*
Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g. 12D, Civil 3D or similar)
*
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*
A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and progress
