Job DescriptionThe Aerospace Waterford site is the manufacturing centre for various steel and titanium compressor blades and vanes. The Site is an integral part of the Honeywell Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain operations supply network. The Site capabilities include operations of forging presses, machining centres, and execution of other special processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the plant operations to meet production targets and deliver on customer commitmentsDevelop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations, improve productivity, and reduce costsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the plantCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practicesQualifications, Skills & ExperienceStrong track record in Operations Management, with extensive experience leading multiple teams to achieve business objectives.Strong leadership, communication and business partnership skills along with excellent negotiation and problem resolution capabilities.BA or BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Operations Management.Minimum of 7 to 10 years progressive experience in operations or supply chain.Relevant management experience within a highly-regulated manufacturing environment.Understanding of P&L and operations financial management.
