Sales Order Administration Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our finance and administration team in Cork on a permanent basis.
About the role:
* Coordinate and process all sales orders received from various channels, entering them into the order system in a timely and accurate manner.
* Take orders via email, phone calls, or other communication channels while providing excellent customer service.
* Maintain up-to-date records of sales orders, customers schedules as well as manage price files with all clients.
* Liaise closely with internal stakeholders such as finance teams to resolve queries related to credit requests etc., communicate effectively with external contacts regarding deliveries timescales or product inquiries.
