DevOps Engineering Role
The position of DevOps Engineer plays a pivotal role within the team, driving the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and efficient CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Critical Pipelines Development: Support efficient and reliable software delivery across multiple environments.
2. Cloud Infrastructure Management: Ensure scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
3. Automation of Infrastructure Provisioning: Streamline deployment and configuration processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
4. Integration and Maintenance of Security Tools: Enhance static and dynamic code analysis within the development lifecycle using Sonar Cloud and OWASP ZAP.
5. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Ensure smooth deployment processes and system reliability across distributed environments.
6. System Performance and Availability Monitoring: Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain high service uptime.
7. Implementation of Best Practices: Foster a culture of continuous integration, delivery, and improvement.
This role combines hands-on technical work with collaboration across geographically distributed teams, requiring strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in technology.
