About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage operations and provide office support. This role involves coordinating compliance tasks and supporting local office functions, including HR and administration. You will liaise with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage tax registrations, organize board meetings, and ensure local compliance.
2. Oversee office administration and HR management.
3. Handle rent and MR billing and collections, ensuring all payments are received on time.
4. Provide administrative support for board meetings and communicate with directors.
5. Assist other departments with reporting to shareholders and headquarters.
6. Support various functions as needed.
7. Manage insurance renewals, letters of credit, aircraft rental calculations for new deliveries, aircraft purchase payments, and address lessee requests.
8. Assist with SPV incorporation in Ireland and obtain relevant proof documents.
Qualifications:
1. Strong experience in office administration.
2. Experience in the aircraft leasing industry is preferred.
3. Understanding of the aviation industry and leasing frameworks, with prior exposure to tax matters is preferred.
4. Proficiency in Chinese is essential.
