Be self-motivated Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships. Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets, contributing to both individual and team success. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads, presenting recruitment services to prospective clients, and expanding the company's client portfolio to achieve revenue goals. Manage the offer and negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth placements and mutually beneficial outcomes.
