Restaurant Management Opportunity
The successful candidate will take on a leadership role, overseeing the Restaurant Food and Beverage team to deliver exceptional service standards to our guests at all times.
This involves managing all aspects of Restaurant Operations, communicating effectively with relevant parties, and ensuring an outstanding experience for all guests in line with established service standards.
* Lead and manage the Restaurant Department to maintain high standards of service
* Effectively communicate with all relevant parties and drive your department in a structured manner
* Deliver an exceptional experience to all guests in accordance with established service standards
* Maintain a high level of team morale to ensure all F&B staff are motivated and supported
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of the restaurant, including food preparation, presentation, and service quality
2. Communicate Effectively: Develop strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
3. Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development
4. Service Delivery: Ensure that all guests receive an exceptional dining experience, meeting or exceeding their expectations in terms of quality, service, and overall satisfaction
