Overview:

* The Learning and Development Content Creator is responsible for identifying, designing and developing programs to enhance individual and organizational performance.
* The Content Creator also will act as an administrator for the Learning Management System.

Reports To: Learning and Development Lead

Requirements

Responsibilities:

* Designing and developing training programs to enhance individual and organizational performance.
* Acting as an administrator for the Learning Management System.
* Assessing and prioritizing training needs in consultation with the L&D Lead, managers, system owners, and subject matter experts, aligning with the site's strategic goals and Employee Development Plans.
* Supporting managers and individuals by providing information, advice, and resources to promote a high-performing organization. This includes designing and delivering customized training plans for new and existing employees.
* Providing guidance in the design of training programs and assisting in evaluating training activities.

Skills Required:

* Expert knowledge of principles and methods for designing and delivering training material.
* Strong presentation and training evaluation skills.
* Strong proficiency in Articulate 360 Software and Excel.
* Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills and influence others positively.

Educational Requirements:

* Minimum degree-level qualification in Management, Life Sciences, Instructional Design or a related discipline.
