About the Job Client Portfolio Management: As a Tax Manager, you will oversee a diverse range of domestic and international corporate clients, both large and small.
Advisory Assignments: Manage and assist with specific advisory assignments in all areas of tax, including corporation tax, VAT, RCT, income tax, CGT, and CAT.
Compliance Management: Handle a portfolio of corporation tax and VAT compliance, liaising with Revenue on clients' behalf as required.
Client Consultation: Advise clients on Irish domestic and international corporate tax matters and VAT issues.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain business relationships with clients and colleagues.
Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and support a dedicated team of graduates and seniors.
Collaborative Work: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including tax, advisory, and accounting specialists.
Career Development: Advance your career through continuous learning and staying updated with relevant legislation and changes.
Required Skills Qualifications: CTA qualified (or equivalent).
Experience: Post-qualification taxation experience within professional services.
Corporate Tax Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of Irish corporate tax legislation.
Experience in VAT compliance/advisory and ad hoc advisory assignments is an advantage.
Leadership Skills: Proven record in building and working with a team, with excellent delegation skills.
Relationship Management: Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to take direction from partners and clients.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and planning capabilities, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
