About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and digitally-savvy E-commerce Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
You will manage online retail operations across Irishmalts and key partner platforms.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role covering product management, digital marketing, order processing, and coordination with Third Party Logistics (3PL).
You'll be central to maintaining and optimising the customer experience, backend workflows, and promotional strategy.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Management (Irishmalts)
Add and update product listings (high-quality imagery, accurate descriptions, SEO).
Design homepage banners and landing pages to support promotional activity.
Maintain pricing and stock data; track and report key KPIs.
Enhance customer experience using tools like coupon codes and upsell plugins.
Manage staff on the Floor and ensure that all orders are packed accordingly.
Buying & Inventory
Manage stock levels in line with market trends and new product releases.
Process purchase orders and manage incoming stock documentation.
Sales & Marketing
Develop content for organic and paid social media, plus email campaigns.
Use performance data to refine and improve marketing strategies.
3PL Client Support
Track monthly sales for 3PL clients; generate purchase orders and invoices.
Support new client onboarding and ensure ongoing service excellence.
Admin & Logistics
Manage shipping logistics (e.g. UPS labels, customs forms).
Oversee packing supply inventory.
Book freight shipments (e.g. Landbridge).
Handle recurring admin tasks including SKU updates, order tracking, and issue resolution.
Requirements
2+ years' experience in e-commerce or a related field, with a strong grasp of digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with
Mintsoft, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp
, and
Xero
.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
Google Sheets/Excel
.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
