Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in a Nutshell
As a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, you will be working with clients to help them understand and change negative thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to their mental health issues. You will use evidence-based CBT interventions to empower clients to take control of their lives and make positive changes.
* Provide high-quality, safe and effective CBT therapy or low-level brief interventions
* Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention
* Ensure thorough assessment determines most appropriate pathway of care and support for client
Required Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist who holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT/High Intensity, is BABCP accredited and has at least 2 years' experience providing high intensity CBT interventions. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical knowledge, communication skills, leadership and management skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a busy environment.
