Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our logistics team.
This role is critical for operations and the growth of the business, ensuring service levels, efficiency, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing warehouse and distribution operations.
* Oversee staffing, workflows, equipment utilisation, and facility capacity to meet operational KPIs targets.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardise best practices across all sites.
* Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support operational success.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
* Manage performance across regional teams, including KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and asset control.
Required Skills:
* Strong leadership experience in logistics operations.
* Background dealing with third-party suppliers or similar environments.
* Ability to analyse performance data, manage budgets, and drive operational improvements.
