This role is based in Dublin with hybrid working arrangements.LocationThis role is based out of our brand-new Dublin office at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin\'s, Dublin. We also offer hybrid working arrangements within Ireland, combining office and remote work.What You\'ll DoAs our new Senior Finance Analyst, Global, you will assist with day-to-day accounting, prepare monthly financial reporting, analyze financial information to support the innovation management team, and liaise on accounting and administrative issues as required. Additional key responsibilities include:Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including variance and trend analysis, to support effective decision-making for key stakeholders.Summarize and present the financial performance of each innovation brand, preparing monthly financial reviews for Senior Management Team meetings.Analyze and report monthly results for Global Innovation and Global Marketing spend, focusing on in-house versus third-party analysis and external reporting.Provide monthly financial reviews of Global Advertising and Promotion (A&P) spend for the Marketing team, highlighting key drivers of performance.Ensure assigned balance sheet accounts are properly reconciled, maintaining accurate accounting and reporting processes each month.Act as a key team member in requirements gathering, design, configuration, and implementation of system or process enhancements for the innovation team.Partner with the Innovation team to report on spend KPIs and provide financial analysis to support innovation initiatives and projects.Collaborate with Global Marketing, Local Marketing teams, Corporate HQ Finance, and Innovation teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting and analysis.What You\'ll BringBachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related fieldAccounting Designation ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA with 3+ years Post Qualified ExperienceExperience in multinational fast-paced environmentsProficiency working with financial planning and forecasting toolsKnowledge of financial reporting concepts and IFRS accountingAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelWho You AreStrong collaboration, teamwork and relationship-building skills across multiple levels and functions in an organization.Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level; ideate and directly execute.Drive growth and outcomes; activate complex work, enlist others effectively, anticipate and remove roadblocks.
