Position Description The role of the Stations Supervisor includes responsibility for delivery of work as assigned in the areas of Project Delivery.All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.Key Responsibilities Planning and prioritising for the delivery of work programmes.Scheduling work and tracking and reporting on performance.Managing productivity.Managing costs.Ensure a safe working environment for staff, contractors and the public.Auditing quality of work.Lead and develop the team.Managing subcontractors including interfaces with internal teams.Managing stakeholders.Experience and Qualifications Essential Advanced Level 6 Electrical Craft Certificate/A suitable Level 7 or higher qualification in Electrical, Electrical Services, Electronics, Mechanical or other suitable alternative qualification with a sizeable electrical theory content.Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.Knowledge of Network Assets.Understands and applies the relevant Quality Management Standards.Full clean EU driving licence.Travel is required.Desirable Project Management.Experience of managing staff, customers, and stakeholders.Demonstrates knowledge of ESB Networks Safety Rules.Understanding of ESB's Group policies in all dealings with staff, customers, contractors, public etc.Location Gracedieu Depot, Waterford Reporting To The Reporting to Project Leader HV Stations South Central.Why Work with Us?
