Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and Support a Large Team
o Direct, train, and motivate a front-of-house team to ensure seamless daily operations.
o Act as Duty Manager during performances, overseeing health and safety, audience experience, and building operations.
* Liaise with External Parties
o Collaborate with visiting companies, promoters, and producers to guarantee smooth event delivery.
* Coordinate Venue Operations
o Oversee day-to-day venue activities, ensuring presentation, safety, and service excellence.
o Work closely with programming, ticketing, and commercial teams to support event setup and success.
* Maintain Financial Reports
o Monitor and contribute to financial reporting and event settlements.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in an operational or management role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.
* The ability to remain calm under pressure and work collaboratively.
* A passion for live entertainment and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Knowledge of health and safety protocols and building management.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
