What We're Looking For:Proven experience preparing and cooking food to a high standard
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP & Manual Handling certs required – training available if needed)
Valid work permit for Ireland (full-time, unrestricted eligibility required)
Reliable, positive, and committed team player
Passion for high-quality food and culinary excellence
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain consistency
Professional references from previous chef roles
