Job Summary:
* Develop and implement strategic operations plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability across all manufacturing activities.
* Lead cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance, improve service delivery, and achieve business objectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost savings, process improvements, and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth through data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and competitor intelligence.
* Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
* Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
People Development & Performance:
* Develop and execute talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing team members.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
* Identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance:
* Lead organizational change initiatives to drive cultural transformation, improve processes, and increase productivity.
