1. Position:- Office Administrator (1 vacancy)
Project Office duties
1. Payroll - Thesaurus -transacting weekly payroll via new PAYE Modernisation system
2. Transacting EFT weekly payroll to Bank
3. Transacting EFT payments to suppliers
4. Accounts - setting up new suppliers/recording of weekly payroll/payments i.e materials/training etc recording remittance payments/Revenue quarterly returns/bank reconciliation/materials & training breakdown
5. Preparing Payments & Income Book for each month
6. Preparing Aws monthly wage and materials claims via welfare partners system
7. Preparing & submission of Revenue Quarterly Returns
8. Attendance records - calculating each monthly cycle of attendance records/doing a monthly calculation for workers
9. Preparing & cross-checking end of year accounts for Accountants
Duration of post:-
1 year subject to 3 years.
Hours per week:-19.5 hours
Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility to participate on Community Employment is generally linked to those who are 21
years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more.
Eligibility will have to be verified by the Department. This is a developmental opportunity,
no experience necessary as accredited training will be provided to support the candidates
career.
