Technical Product Owner - Senior Solution Engineer
The role of Technical Product Owner - Senior Solution Engineer is an intermediate-level position that involves liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
This role drives the technical vision and execution of a product, focusing on the technical aspects of product development and working closely with engineering teams.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that the product aligns with both user needs and technical feasibility.
* This includes formulating and defining systems scope and objectives for complex projects and fostering communication between business stakeholders and technology.
* The ideal candidate will consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommend solutions.
* They will support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information.
* Additionally, they may code scripts as needed to support the business and development of requirements.
Gathering specifications and creating artefacts such as Epics and user stories or Business Requirements documents, including Acceptance criteria and Functional and Non-Functional requirements is also a key aspect of this role.
The successful candidate will be able to identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
In addition, they will act as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts and work as a team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
* Significant relevant experience in software development, engineering or related fields.
* Strong technical background with experience in using Jira and Confluence.
* Track record of Agile Scrum Experience.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite skills.
* Experience working with Databases and knowledge SQL.
* Proven interpersonal, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills.
* Experience in banking domain or financial services.
* Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
* Ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships.
* Self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly.
* Problem Solver: Ability to solve complex issues and have a high ability to remove barriers.
