Job Title: Business Operations Leader
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business operations team. As Business Operations Leader, you will drive business performance and execution across our markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development of growth investment plans and budgets.
* Closely monitor business performance and outlook, agreeing and driving interventions with senior leadership.
* Oversee the delivery of strategic workforce plans and initiatives to optimize offshore/nearshore deployments.
* Pricing strategy: assist in developing pricing policies and contribute to shaping profitable sales.
* Engagement financials/margin and working capital performance: collaborate with finance teams and leverage relevant initiatives.
* Develop and deliver a consulting reward strategy, coordinating with relevant teams.
* Indirect cost management: ensure effective discretionary cash spend and influence around indirect spend.
* Lead other strategic and operational projects as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Significant experience in operational management in a professional services practice.
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financials in similar environments.
* Ability to lead, challenge and influence stakeholders appropriately.
* Strategic thinker with capability to drive and manage change.
* Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; people/team management and coaching abilities.
* Strong numeracy skills; ability to turn raw data into actionable information.
