Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing logistical support.
This is a critical role that requires discretion, confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
* Providing administrative support to the CEO
* Coordinating meetings, events, and customer visits
* Managing travel arrangements for visitors and customers
* Booking accommodations and arranging hospitality for guests
* Coordinating with vendors to maintain office equipment and facilities
In addition to these responsibilities, the Executive Assistant will also be required to manage projects assigned by the site General Manager and perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
* Education: Diploma or equivalent preferred
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or office management role
* Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, adaptability, customer centricity, leadership, collaboration, decision making, simplification, and accountability
