The role: Senior Principal Project Management Specialist to lead and support new product development initiatives focused on innovative catheter design.
You will manage large, complex projects, working cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, Regulatory, and other teams to bring life-changing products to market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large projects, providing expertise, guidance, and mentoring.
Develop and execute project plans including schedules, budgets, and resources.
Ensure compliance with design control and regulatory standards.
Collaborate across functions to resolve challenges and drive innovation.
Support PMO initiatives and process improvements.
Key Requirements
Level 8 degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 8+ years.
Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and standards.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams on complex projects.
Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or advanced engineering/scientific qualifications a plus.
