Our client is a well-established firm of accountants, taxation and business advisors based in Kildare. Due to organic growth, they are currently seeking a Practice Accountant to join their tightly-knit team. The successful Practice Accountant will provide clients with comprehensive and professional services addressing all aspects of the business.
Role:
* Conduct audits and manage accounts for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Provide taxation advice and guidance, demonstrating strong advisory abilities.
* Supervise trainees.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
* Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail for accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
* Qualified CPA, ACA, or ACCA.
* Accounting Technician qualification would be a plus but not essential.
* Previous practice experience is essential for navigating accounting complexities.
* Prior experience supervising staff is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
* €45,000 – €55,000 DOE.
