GRC ManagerWe have been engaged by a leading US Tech Org and we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is remote first but you will be required to travel to the offices in Dublin & Galway on occassion. Job Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage GRC strategies and frameworks that align with the organization's objectives.Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate potential risks associated with teh business.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management processes and compliance activities.Create policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance governance and compliance practices within the organization.Develop and conduct training programs to educate staff on governance, risk management, and compliance topics.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to GRC in the sectorEssential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance).Advanced certifications in governance, risk management, or compliance (e.g., CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent).Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and frameworks relevant to the blockchain and technology sectors.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders.Desired Experience:Proven experience in a GRC role, preferably within the fintech, or technology industries.Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement governance and compliance frameworks.Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR and their implications in the blockchain context.Apply NowIf you are passionate about your career and have the Governance, Risk & Compliance expertise to help us navigate the complexities of the role, we would love to hear from you.
