This is an opportunity to contribute to life-saving medicines while working in a technically progressive, fast-paced environment that values problem-solving and precision.What you'll doYou'll provide real-time engineering support to production across a 24-hour operation, ensuring consistent product quality and system reliability.Troubleshoot equipment and process issues in Formulation, Vial/Syringe Filling, Lyophilisation, and Packaging.Lead or support non-conformance investigations and root cause analyses, ensuring robust corrective actions.Document engineering findings thoroughly, maintaining traceable records aligned with GxP compliance.Attend daily production meetings to identify reliability concerns and drive timely technical resolutions.Collaborate with maintenance, process, and manufacturing teams to address flow interrupters and implement improvements.Support continuous improvement initiatives and manage engineering-related change controls.Coach operations and maintenance personnel on equipment performance, process knowledge, and safe operation practices.Ensure all activities meet GxP standards and internal quality procedures.What you'll bringThird-level qualification in Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Biotechnology Engineering (or equivalent discipline).8+ years' engineering experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical manufacturing; experience in cleanroom semiconductor environments also considered.Proven ability to thrive in a shift-based operations environment.Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative, hands-on mindset.
