OverviewFinishing Foreman required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on a large scale Pharma project in Waterford. The ideal Finishing Foreman will have worked on Pharma projects previously. This is an excellent role with a top company who are winning more and more large projects in the region.RequirementsOver five years of managerial experience in finishing operationsProven background on pharmaceutical projectsCapable of guiding and supervising large teamsDemonstrated expertise in managing live operational environmentsStrong aptitude for critical analysis and effective problem resolutionResponsibilitiesDirect the finishing team effectivelyCollaborate with the wider team, including the quantity surveyor, to manage the project budgetDevelop comprehensive project, programme, and risk management plansEnsure seamless communication across site teams, key stakeholders, and partnersOversee both direct and indirect site teams to maintain programme adherenceSupervise subcontractorsPresent detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutionsSalaryBasic salary circa €70k - €75kCompany van / Travel allowanceBenefits package
