Job Description:
The Senior Development Manager will oversee the origination, development and consenting of utility-scale solar PV and battery storage projects from early-stage site identification to fully consented, investment-ready status.
* Lead site origination by identifying, assessing and prioritizing new opportunities using GIS mapping tools.
* Oversight of project viability analysis including budgets and cash flow forecasting to inform investment decisions.
* Site Origination: Lead the origination process for new solar PV and BESS projects; utilize GIS mapping tools to identify viable locations. Ensure thorough feasibility studies are conducted on each identified opportunity prior to progressing with any acquisition activities.
