What You'll Be Doing
* Conducting analytical assessment of assigned accounts to uncover opportunities to deepen customer relationships via a solution-based sales approach
* Building rapport with customers by completing discovery check-ins and follow-ups
* Understanding where each Revolut Business feature fits into the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets in line with the team’s KPIs
What You'll Need
* Fluency in English and Polish
* Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone and email
* 2+ years of sales/commercial experience, ideally in a B2B environment
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* A proven track record in telesales or account management, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets
* Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
* An analytical mindset to spot opportunities that others would miss
* Adeptness at building and maintaining client relationships
* A deep understanding of Revolut Business products to become the go-to resource for your team
* Advanced experience in pricing strategies and negotiation, beyond basic sales techniques, with the ability to influence stakeholders
