Role Overview: As an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving our online growth by managing and improving our website, creating engaging digital content, and executing marketing campaigns across social media and Google platforms.
Youll be responsible for ensuring our online presence is visually appealing, up to date, and effectively reaching new and existing customers, while also analysing performance data to continually improve results.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and update website content, product listings, pricing, photos, banners, and promotions Create engaging content using Canva, CapCut and video tools for online marketing via socials Plan, schedule, and post content across all social media platforms Analyse site traffic, conversions, and performance to improve ROI Run and monitor digital advertising campaignsand provide performance insights (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Manage and optimise paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Done Deal etc.)
Create SEO strategy, wording/phrasing through the full website and maintain same Manage Email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp Coordinate with external developers or agencies when necessary to optimise and integrate platforms Coordinate all customer queries regarding online sales with associated internal departments Analyse all sales data and provide insight (yearly, monthly, category) identifying key metrics to focus on Ideal Candidate: 25 years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or similar role A degree or diploma in marketing, e-commerce, or a creative/digital field Hands-on experience managing websites Google Ads + Analytics certified, Strong knowledge of website CMS platforms Proficiency in Canva, video editing tools, and social media scheduling platforms Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics, excel Experience with SEO tools, Meta Ads, or email marketing systems Strong attention to detail, Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently Benefits: Competitive salary (based on experience) On-site parking, company training, and events.
